Duties + Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of survey research projects from design through to analysis and reporting.
- Guarantee top-tier data collection, analysis, and provision of actionable insights for client strategies.
- Embrace a player/coach role, managing the team while directly contributing to projects.
- Mentor team members to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Allocate team resources efficiently to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the main contact for updates and advice.
- Innovate work processes and survey and reporting products, keeping pace with industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in strategic planning to identify departmental growth opportunities and set achievable goals.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's survey research and employee engagement services.
Skills + Requirements:
- Background and Experience: Preferred degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Communications) with a minimum of 5 years in survey research or employee engagement, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, showcasing a proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communication and Leadership Qualities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in leading and mentoring teams, and a track record of successful project management.
- Analytical and Strategic Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights, with strategic thinking skills to identify trends and innovate in survey research and reporting.
- Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
