The Event Analytics & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of BridgeTower Media's events by providing expert support in event analytics, event operations, and cross-departmental collaboration. This hybrid role will streamline processes, enhance data quality, and provide strategic insights to improve event data-driven decisions.

Duties + Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Tracking & Review: Pull and analyze event-related data to monitor trends, track performance, and identify opportunities for improving event nominations and applications.
  • Event Software SME: Serve as the go-to expert for setting up and launching events, ensuring the use of standardized templates and best practices.
  • Template Management: Maintain and regularly update templates to ensure alignment with current best practices and branding standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, event management, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and support unified strategies across departments.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of event data, addressing any discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and present data-driven reports and visualizations for stakeholders, highlighting key trends in event performance.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for training and process improvements related to event management and data collection. Collaborate with the Event Operations Manager to implement strategic enhancements to internal capabilities and efficiency.

Skills + Requirements:

  • Previous experience/familiarity in event operations and event management systems
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tracking and data reporting, with a willingness to develop expertise
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement and training development
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Willingness to grow expertise in event management and marketing platforms
  • Bonus points for experience with Cvent, ActOn, Agorapulse, and/or NinjaCat.
  • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
