BridgeTower Media is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead and inspire a diverse sales team across multiple brands and product lines within our omnichannel company that includes digital, event sponsorship and print revenue responsibilities. This role requires hands-on leadership, with a strong emphasis on direct management of sales executives to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate thrives on goal achievement, accurate forecasting, data-driven decision-making, and has a proven track record of creating innovative revenue streams in a competitive landscape.

Duties + Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and mentor a team of sales representatives across various multimedia brands and platforms.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, leveraging historical data, market trends, and pipeline analytics.
  • Analyze performance trends and market conditions to inform strategy and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  • Drive new business development initiatives and identify untapped market opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, resilience, and accountability across the sales organization.
  • Navigate and overcome sales challenges with persistence and innovative thinking.

Skills + Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales experience. Digital experience a plus.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership or director-level role managing direct reports.
  • Proven ability to lead a multi-brand, multi-product sales team with consistent goal achievement.
  • Exceptional forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated success in building new revenue streams and growing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Background in B2B sales environments a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and sales performance dashboards.
  • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down.
