BridgeTower Media is seeking a full-time Page Flow Specialist for the production and creative department, StudioBTM. This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position. The ideal candidate would need to live in the St. Louis, MO area.

StudioBTM is an internal, shared services hub for BridgeTower properties. We provide various services to editorial, marketing, sales, circulation, and event teams.

The Page Flow Specialist is responsible for building pages, placing ads and working as part of a team. They fulfill a critical role in creating public notice and classified pages for all the BTM newspapers nationwide.

The right candidate will be adept at juggling multiple assignments in an intense, deadline-driven, publishing environment. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and a team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat as well as print and prepress processes are preferred.

What skills does the job require?
- Working quickly, accurately and under strict deadlines
- Highly organized, demonstrating attention to detail and effective time management
- Works well independently in a deadline-sensitive, publishing environment
- Communicates effectively and responsively with internal and external partners
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite software, especially InDesign.
- Experience in newspaper publishing and printing processes preferred.
- Home internet connection with a minimum of 50 mbps up / 10 mbps down

What will you be Responsible for?
- Composing Public Notice and classified pages of newspapers
- Meeting daily deadlines
- Ensuring all notices and ads are properly placed on the pages
- Communicating with printers and other vendors
- Check files for accuracy and quality
- Uploading pages to press
